Effects on Reputation – Reputation Awareness

Drawing on his many years of experience working on projects for companies, Dr Fischer-Hellmann has increasingly focused on this discrepancy. Over time, he came to recognise that raising awareness of the importance of reputation throughout a company’s activities and procedures is desirable, if not essential.

Where this is not yet common practice, the potential implications of decisions for a company’s reputation should routinely be considered as part of the processes leading to those decisions. We use the term Reputation Awareness, coined by Dr Fischer-Hellmann, to describe the effort to raise awareness of the value of a company’s reputation among everyone involved in decision-making and to equip them with the means to integrate appropriate measures and procedures into the company’s operations and processes in order to identify and mitigate potential reputational risks.

If this has sparked your interest in our services, we can help you to:

  • build and strengthen Reputation Awareness within your company;
  • introduce methods and procedures for identifying reputational risks; or
  • adapt and implement these approaches to your company’s specific needs through coaching.

Please call us. We would, of course, also be pleased to hear from you by email at info@reputation-awareness.com

We will be happy to answer your questions. Tell us what you have in mind, and we will explain in detail how you may benefit from our consulting and coaching services.
