For his doctoral dissertation, in which he developed an innovative method for automated compliance checking of business processes, Dr Fischer-Hellmann received an award from the German Convention of Computer Science Faculties (Fachbereichstag Informatik, FBTI) in 2010. Combined with extensive further training in seminar leadership and coaching, this experience enabled him to develop his skills as a seminar leader and trainer and eventually extend his work into coaching.

Dr Fischer-Hellmann is author of a book and numerous international publications. His broad expertise has enriched major companies such as Deutsche Telekom and IBM. He also has a particular talent for explaining complex subjects clearly and engagingly, with a high degree of entertainment value — a skill few possess.
